This is an event which is artists and winners are on a video call for a designated time as fansigning event.
- The video call is progressing through only LINE video call.
- Winners’ ID confirmation call will be made before the event, and the pre-announcing message will be sent through LINE before your turn.
- The video call is only conducted by LINE ID you submitted after winners announcement. (Not allowed to change)
- The video call event could be forcibly ended when another person besides winners are in on a video call.

How to Proceed VIDEO CALL EVENT
- Please prepare a cell phone in advance, and after checking pre-announcing message, wait for your turn.
- Please receive a video call when ringing.
- An online fansigning event will be progressed with the artists.
- Video call and autograph will proceed at the same time, and the signed album will be sent to the winners separately.
- Please end the call when the fansigning event is over.

* If the contents are considered excessive requests or private questions including swear, criticize, or act inappropriately during the event, participation may be restricted or video call will be forcibly terminated. . For the smooth progress, please be aware of the precautions and cooperate, and if it is considered to interfere too much with the progress of the event, the staff may be restrained.

1. The KiT album & Digipack ver. is not applicable for this event.

2 . If you don't answer the phone more than twice during the online fansigning event, you can't participate, so please check the event time and apply only for those who can make a call. (If you don't answer more than two times, we'll call you one more time in the last order, and if there is no connection this time, and there will be no more call.)

3. Video calls can only be made with the LINE ID that provided for winners’ personal information. (not allowed to change any information after applying)

4. You can apply for duplicate or proxy applications, but only the winners themselves can participate on fansigning event.

5. This album includes application tickets, so cancellations or refunds due to simple change of mind are not allowed after winners announcement. The albums purchased during the event period are NOT available to get refunded or change after the event period is over, but if you cancel the order during the event period, you will be able to get refunded. (If the customers returned the packages due to the customs, the package will be re-sent after paying the extra international fee. Or the packages will be handled by us after storing for 2 weeks.)

6. When applying, the winners will be drawn only with the order information, and the autographs can only be received under the winner's real name. (Please enter your contact information)
Please apply under the Korean or English name written on your ID card and passport.
We don't accept names that are different from ID cards and passport names.
* We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by miswritten information due to your carelessness.
★ If you ordered multiple orders with one single ID during the event period, all will be automatically entered in the same number as the total number of items purchasing.
Ex) "A" (single Account) purchased 2pcs at first, and then purchased 3 pcs later during the event period.

7. If there is a problem with the winner's network connection, it may be difficult to proceed with the event, so please check your network environment in advance.

8. To send albums related to the Personal Information Protection Act and confirm duplicate winners, the winners' personal information is collected and provided as follows.

- Collection item: Name, date of birth, contact number, address, LINE ID, ID photo, nationality
- Collection purpose: to draw winners for iKON 4th MINI ALBUM [FLASHBACK] (PHOTOBOOK ver.) online fansign event
- Period of use: Destroy after achieving the purpose of use (7 days after the end of the event)

9. The notice may be partially changed or canceled without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the progress.

Winners are requested to register personal information for the event by the specified time through the URL that is announced when the winner is announced.

- Please check the order of the event through winners announcement before the event begins.
- There will be pre-ID confirmation calls before the event, and we will inform you in advance through LINE regarding to the video call before 5 minutes.
- If you don't answer the phone more than twice, the order will be moved to the next winner, so please answer the phone.
- Please note that if the winner himself/herself does not end the call, the call may be forcibly terminated.
- This event starts at the time indicated in advance and we cannot help if the winners' contact is not smooth during the event. Please make sure to check the event details and apply only for those who have no difficulty in participating within the time.
- If you got caught there is anybody other than you participated in this event, you may be forced to terminate the event. Voice recording, photography and video shooting are not allowed during the event.
* The signed albums will be shipped in order after the event.
* The signed album will be provided from one of your order. (The ordered albums will be shipped separately.)
