3. Each product is limited in quantity and may run out quickly. If it ran out of stock, the sale may close without notice.
4. Members name is written in every product's title. Please check name of the member in each product. Return/exchange is not possible for mistook member's name.
5. Returns are not accepted for Change of Mind / Un-sealed damaged item
6. The outer case is only for protective purpose. Minor scratches and discoloration of the case are not considered as defective item.
7. This product cannot be returned once the customer received it and only defective components could be exchanged.
8. If you wish to return/exchange your item, submitting unboxing video can be asked.
9. About returned packages because of the issues related to customs clearance during the shipping, the refund will be issued with only the remaining amount except additional charges such as shipping and forwarding costs (No Refund for Shipping Fee).
10. Customer is responsible for customs issues and Yes24 is not responsible for any customs duties imposed on import duties.
11. Customers must pay customs and import fees when they receive the package together. Please check with your country's customs office before purchasing
