How To Apply?
Pick 30 among the YES24 members who purchased GHOST9 EP ‘NOW : Who we are facing’ apply albums during the event period. (one per person, duplicates not allowed) * If you ordered multiple orders with one single ID during the event period, all will be automatically entered in the same number as the total number of items purchasing.
Ex) "A" (single Account) purchased 2pcs at first, and then purchased 3 pcs later during the event period. -> The total number of the products ordered is 5s pcs. A has applied for 5 times for the event.

Notice for Event Participation

You will enter after writing a questionnaire, checking the fever, using hand sanitizer, and wearing a mask and latex gloves, and will have a fansign event with GHOST9 members sequentially according to the seat number.
- Winners' ID confirmation and distributions of the tickets start 30 minutes before.
- The questionnaire will be completed by filling out the online questionnaire before the event.
- Please be aware of the following event precautions and participate in the event and cooperate with the request of the staff.

1. The fansign event site complies with the prevention of Covid 9 prevention rules. All designated seats will be assigned through a draw by the winners themselves after identifying themselves on the spot. We are not allowed to enter after the event, so please arrive on time for the event.

2. There is no separate waiting place for the event due to the distance between Covid 19 and please enter immediately after confirming the winners and distributing the tickets.

3. To prevent Covid 19, a questionnaire is prepared, a body temperature measurement (non-contact thermometer), and hand sanitizer are carried out. Please understand that if you have a high fever over 37.5 degrees Celsius and don't wear a mask, you may be restricted from entering.

4. Transparent screens will be installed between artists and fans.

5. This event is allowed to give gifts and letters, but they are given only to staff before the fansign event. The member’s name to give to should be written on the outside of gifts and letters.

6. To prevent the spread of Covid-19, it is operated under the 'Distancing Between Seats' . (Maintain spacing of approximately 50 cm or more)

7. Only the winner can participate in this event. Before entering, there will be an identification card to verify your identity, so please bring your ID card with you.
The identification cards are allowed as below. Copies are not allowed, and you cannot participate in the fansign event if your ID has not confirmed.
(If your ID card and the name you applied for are different, you cannot enter.)

※ Which ID cards are allowed to check?
- For Koreans : Identification card passport, adolescent card issued by Korean gu office
- For Foreigners : Passport
Other nationality residents are only identified by passport.
Besides them above, others are not be accepted. (ex. Student ID etc)
*All identification cards are valid only for physical identification cards that have not expired.

8. After entering the event, you must only sit in your seat, and you may be kicked out if you change seats or move indiscriminately.

9. During the fan signing event, live broadcasting is not possible through SNS, and if caught, you will be sent off regardless of whether you receive an autograph or not.

10. Autographs can only be signed on the album. For the winners, one of the albums you purchased will be prepared at the event site first. Signatures will be made randomly regardless of the version you purchased.

11. Among the albums you purchased during the application period, the rest will be sent sequentially after the end of the application, except for one album needed for the winner's fansign event. One can be received at the site at the event site.

12. The fansign event will be held for same time (1 minute and 30 seconds) for each member.

13. For smooth progress, please make sure to put a post-it with your name on the page you want to sign.

14. Question Post-it is possible for one question per member. Questions are only available for multiple-choice or short-answer questions. The post-it you posted will be checked in advance.
If an inappropriate comment is written on the post-it during the confirmation process, there will be a restraint on the spot.

15. You cannot receive autographs, messages, etc. other than the album.
If found by the staff, there may be restrictions.

16. This event may be subject to some changes and cancellations depending on the government's policy of social distancing related to Covid-19 circumstances.

Precautions for COVID 19

1. On the event day, those who have had or related to even one of the following items shall not visit the event hall to create a safe environment, and if it is found by the agent, admission may be limited on the same day.
- I have been in contact with a confirmed person or a close contact with Covid 19.
- On the day of the event, there are symptoms of respiratory abnormalities such as coughing, fever, and sore throat.
- Within the last 14 days, I have visited a place where there were many infected or overlapping movements with confirmed corona patients.
- I have traveled abroad within 14 days of the event.
- In the case of Korean arrivals, it is before self-isolation is completed for two weeks after arrival.

2. When entering the event hall, complete a questionnaire and measure body temperature. Admission is restricted if the body temperature is more than 37.5 degrees Celsius and suspicious symptoms such as coughing or sore throat are found, and you cannot participate in the fansigning event.

3. QR code check-in (electronic access list) and questionnaire are required at the site on the day. False preparation and intentional omission in the process of preparing the questionnaire may be subject to criminal punishment or imposition of fines under the Act on the Prevention and Management of Infectious Diseases. Please refer to the guide for writing the statement sheet and fill it out on the day. For smooth progress, please fill it out in advance before entering.

4. It is mandatory to wear a mask inside the event hall (lobby, audience seats). If you don't wear a mask, entry may be restricted.

5. If you do not wear a mask or eat food other than bottled water in the hall, you will be sent out. Cancellation or refund of purchase is not possible, so please wear a mask during the event.

6. To prevent the spread of Covid 19, the fansign event will be operated under the "Distancing Between Seats" seating system, and transparent partitions will be installed between fans and artists. Please comply with the Covid 19 prevention rules (wearing masks, washing hands, etc.).

7. In accordance with local government guidelines, attempts to communicate, shout, slogans, stand-up, etc. are prohibited loudly during the event. Please give a big round of applause for the artist. Failure to comply with such instructions may result in restraint or exit by the staff.

8. To prevent Covid 19, if you are not the winner of this event, please refrain from visiting the hall.

We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not reading the above notice.
There are many changes related to the COVID 19 situation, so please read the notice carefully and participate.

NOTICE

1. The albums purchased during the event period are NOT available to get refunded or change after the event period is over, but if you cancel the order during the event period, you will be able to get refunded. (If the customers returned the packages due to the customs, the package will be re-sent after paying the extra international fee. Or the packages will be handled by us after storing for 2 weeks.)

2. ONLY the person who has been PICKED is able to attend this event, and only the winner can talk on the phone with the artists. The multiple ordering is possible, and the transferring or changing the information is NOT possible. The party is solely responsible for any damage caused by the transfer.

3. The event is processed with the account information and the username. Please check your username and enter the event(based on the member ID account).

4. After the winners' announcement, the winners will be informed to submit their personal information via the link by e-mail(or text message). It should be done by the deadline. Please make sure checking your email is valid and correct.

5. After the announcement of the winners, the name and contact details of the winners cannot be changed at the customer service center nor the event site. PLEASE check your contact information and birth date at MY PAGE of Global YES24.

6. When applying, to identify duplicate winners, the winner's personal information is collected and provided as follows and winners' personal information could be collected additionally and provided to HYBE and Big Hit music :
- Collection items : name, contact info(LINE ID), E-mail, birth date
- Collection purpose : to draw winners of GHOST9 EP [NOW : Who we are facing] fansign event
- Person who received personal information : YES24, maroo ent
- Personal information retention and utilization period : destroy within 7 days after events

7. Only one of GHOST9 EP [NOW : Who we are facing] albums can be signed at the fan signing event.

8. Details of the winners' participation will be announced on the announcement of the winners.

9. The event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
