How to participate : Pick 50 winners among YES24 members who purchased AB6IX-SPECIAL ALBUM: COMPLETE WITH YOU (30 face-to-face signing event winners, 20 video call signing event winners), draw (1 ticket per person, no duplicate win)
If you ordered multiple orders with one single ID during the event period, all will be automatically entered in the same number as the total number of items purchasing.
Ex) "A" (single ID) purchased 2pcs at first, and then purchased 3 pcs later during the event period. -> The total number of the products ordered is 5 SET. A will be applied 5 times for the event.

Winners Announcement : After 16:00 on January 23th, 2021 (KST) via e벤트 세상 or EMAIL

You will enter after filling out a questionnaire, checking fever, using hand sanitizers, and wearing masks and latex gloves, and hold fan signing events with AB6IX members sequentially depending on the seat number.
- Winners can be checked and number tickets can be distributed 30 minutes before the event starts.
- The questionnaire will be filled out online before the event.
- Please be aware of the following event precautions and participate in the event, and please cooperate with the request of the field staff.

1. The fan signing event site complies with the quarantine rules to prevent COVID-19. All seats will be designated by the winners themselves through a lottery after identifying themselves at the site. You can't enter after the start of the event, so please arrive in time for the event.

2. There is no separate waiting place at the fan signing due to the distancing in COVID-19 life, and please enter immediately after confirming the winners and distributing the number ticket.

3. When entering to prevent COVID-19, a questionnaire, body temperature measurement (contactless thermometer), and hand disinfection will be performed. Please understand that admission may be restricted if you have a high fever of 37.5 degrees or higher and if you don't wear a mask.

4. A transparent screen will be installed between the artist and the fan.

5. Gifts and letters can be delivered to artists, but only through steps, and direct delivery is not possible.

6. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, it is operated as a "distance between seats" seat system. (maintain a distance of 50cm or more)

7. Only the winners themselves can receive the prize. You cannot receive it on behalf of your family or friendship.

8. When you receive the winning ticket, you can present and check your ID card with your picture attached to the on-site staff, so please bring your ID card with you.
* Korean nationals cannot check their entrance with ID cards other than resident registration cards, driver's licenses, passports, photo-attached student cards, youth cards, photo attachments, and certificates with resident registration numbers.
* Non-Korean nationals can only check their identities under the English name listed on their passports, and no other identification cards are recognized (student ID cards, etc.)
* All identification cards are considered valid only for physical identification cards that have not expired.

9. Among the albums purchased within the application period, the rest will be sent sequentially after the application deadline, except for the albums required for the winner's fan signing event. The album signed by the winner can be received at the site after the fan signing event.

10. This event may be partially changed and canceled depending on the government's social distancing step-by-step policy related to COVID-19 and the situation of the region and venue.

According to the recently announced government quarantine guidelines, the "events" are mandatory facilities for quarantine passes. For the implementation of the above government quarantine guidelines and the safety of the audience, we plan to enter the venue after checking the quarantine passes for all audiences, including artists, so we ask for your understanding.
Refund is absolutely impossible if you do not enter due to non-vaccination or PCR voice verification, so please make sure to check the instructions below before visiting.

1) Those who have been vaccinated (after the 14th day of the 2nd vaccination)
2) PCR voice checker (within 48 hours of the event) brings text messages or supporting documents as a test result.
3) Exception of vaccination due to medical reasons (certification of vaccination). Voice verification exception confirmation is required)

1. All visitors are required to wear masks.
- It is mandatory for everyone to wear masks after entering the venue (lobby, auditorium).
- You can't enter if you don't wear a mask.
- Food and beverages (lobby, auditorium, etc.) are not allowed in the event.

2. Before entering, fill out a questionnaire and measure body temperature.
- When entering the venue, all audiences will fill out a questionnaire and measure their body temperature.
- Admission may be restricted if you have a high fever of 37.5 degrees or higher by measuring your body temperature.
- False preparation and intentional omission in the process of filling out the questionnaire may be subject to criminal punishment or fines under the Infectious Disease Prevention and Management Act, so please fill it out accurately. It should be filled out as of the day of the fan signing event by referring to the information on filling out the questionnaire, and please fill it out in advance before entering for smooth operation.
- It may take some time to fill out the questionnaire and measure your body temperature, so you must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the event.

3. Distancing between seats.
- To prevent the spread of COVID-19, it is operated as a "distance between seats" seat system.
- You can't move to other seats other than the designated seats.
- Please keep your distance before entering the venue, and follow the guidance of the staff so that you can keep your distance and move around when entering or leaving the venue.

4. Don't shout in the venue.
- In accordance with the local government's guidelines, cheering, chanting, standing, etc. are prohibited while watching the event. Please give a big round of applause for AB6IX.

5. Private gatherings of 5 or more people in/out of the venue are prohibited.
- Private meetings and personal sharing at the venue before and after the start of the event are prohibited. Please refrain from private meetings for more than five people according to the government guidelines.

6. Use hand sanitizers and wash your hands to keep them clean.
- Please wash your hands thoroughly under running water for at least 30 seconds, along with the use of hand sanitizers all over the venue.

7. To prevent COVID-19, if you are not the winner of this event, please refrain from visiting around the venue.

We are not responsible for all disadvantages caused by not reading the above notice.
There are many changes related to the COVID-19 situation, so please read the notice carefully and participate.

1. This event is a video call conducted only by facetalk of Kakaotalk app. The winner should prepare a mobile phone that can be used for Kakaotalk video call. Please make sure that VIDEO CALL EVENT is only conducted through facetalk of Kakaotalk app.

7. The order of events will be based on the number of the winner's announcement.

8. You cannot record, videotape, or broadcast live on social media during and after a call.

9. Please refrain from calling back and sending back messages for smooth progress.

10. The handwritten signed album to be sent to the winner will be shipped in order after the end of the VIDEO CALL EVENT.

11. The event winner will receive a signed album among their ordered albums.(the purchased albums will be shipped separately).

1. If the winner does not answer more than two calls during the event, we will call you one more time at the end. If the call is not connected until the end, the event cannot proceed, so please check the start time of the event and apply only for those who can make a call.

2. Participation may be restricted if the call is considered as inappropriate during the event.

3. The event starts at the event time and proceeds in order, so we can't help you if you don't have a good connection or if you can't proceed through Kakaotalk during the event. Please make sure to check the contents of the event and apply to those who have no difficulty in proceeding through Kakaotalk within that time.

4. If there is a problem with the winner's network connection, it may be difficult to proceed with the event, and if the connection is not successful or interrupted, it may be difficult to re-try, so please check your network environment, video, and audio settings in advance so that there is no problem with the event's progress.

5. Please hang up the call when the limited time has passed. (Please understand that if the winner does not hang up the call, the connection may be forcibly ended.)

1. The albums purchased during the event period are NOT available to get refunded or change after the event period is over, but if you cancel the order during the event period, you will be able to get refunded. (If the customers returned the packages due to the customs, the package will be re-sent after paying the extra international fee. Or the packages will be disposed by us after storing for 2 weeks.)

2. ONLY the person who has been PICKED is able to attend this event, and only the winner can talk on the phone with the artists. The multiple orders are allowed, and the transferring or changing the information is NOT possible. The party is solely responsible for any damage caused by the transfer.

3. The event is processed with the ID information and the username. Please check your username and enter the event (based on Global YES24 account). The username should be matched with your full name on your passport. (Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)
* Which ID cards are allowed to check?
- For Koreans : Identification card passport, adolescent card issued by Korean gu office
- For Foreigners : Passport, certificate of alien registration
Besides them above, others are not be accepted. (ex. Student ID etc)
All ID cards should be valid for the expiration date.

4. When announcing the winners of this event, we will collect the winners' personal information through URL by a separate text message and an e-mail.
- The text message and e-mail will be sent based on your ID account information.

5. After the announcement of the winners, the name and contact details of the winners cannot be changed at the customer service center nor the event site. PLEASE check your contact information and birth date at MY PAGE of Global YES24.

6. When applying, to identify duplicate winners, the winner's personal information is collected and provided as follows:
- Collection items : name, contact info(Kakaotalk ID), E-mail, birth date
- Collection purpose : To draw the winners for AB6IX-SPECIAL ALBUM: COMPLETE WITH YOU EVENT
- Person who received personal information : YES24, BRANDNEWMUSIC
- Personal information retention and utilization period : destroy within 7 days after events

7. Details of Event notice will be posted with the winners announcement.

8. The event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
